Key Account Director / FX Sales Director – Latvia

FX Sales Directors are pivotal to the sales operation - role models in expertise and professional behaviors. Candidates bring years of experience in client relationship building, industry knowledge, and reputation development. Role Overview

The FX Sales Director role is focused on building a successful sales career, driven by clear targets and a highly competitive commission structure, making a lasting impact across an extensive client base.

  • Originate new business by targeting and engaging clients with turnovers of £50M+.
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment solutions.
  • Thoroughly understand clients’ businesses, strategies, and challenges to deliver the best financial solution.
  • Support a strong client relationship and service culture by maintaining ongoing customer contact, preparing written call reports (via Salesforce), delivering high-quality customer service, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable success in exceeding sales quotas and market share targets within the FX industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market trends; present key selling points, features, and benefits effectively.
  • Focused on relationship management, nurturing ongoing commercial partnerships leading to repeat business and network referrals.
  • Deep understanding of treasury and budgeting needs and goals from a business perspective.
  • Fluent Latvian and English language skills.
